Systematic approach to developing employees

Our goal is to help companies create and conduct developmental programs (for all employees) in line with the overall organizational strategy. We provide services that help organizations:

  • Identify key employees’ competences that will in future produce results planned in organizational vision and strategy (insure organization’s growth and success)
  • Identify specific developmental needs: measure current level of those competences and potential that employees have; identify specific developmental needs for all employees; recognize employees with potential for outstanding results; create individual plans for development (development centre, other assessment methods)
  • Create and conduct specialized long-term developmental programs, aimed to develop key competencies (for all employees) and /or to develop employees with potential for outstanding results
  • Create systems of internal education: choose optimal model, select and educate trainers and mentors, create, conduct and evaluate trainings
  • Create talent management system: identify types and profiles of wanted / needed talents; recognize talented employees; create and implement strategies to keep talented employees in organization

Tailor-made programs

For groups of employees with common competencies that require further development, or for employees with potentials for outstanding results, we create and conduct tailor-made programs, conducted throughout longer period (10-20 months), by combination of different methods of education and development, such as group trainings, coaching, individual trainings, supervision etc. Each participant is provided with regular feedback on his/her performance and progress during the program. Reports on each participant’s development during the program are also delivered regularly to the HR department and/or Management.
